Wayfare Tavern

OMG!...One of the things on my bucket list fulfilled....eating at Tyler Florence restaurant. I recently visited San Fransisco, California and ate at the Wayfare Tavern. I took pictures with my flash! But I had to share.
This bread was like a popover with whipped butter. It was so good.

Lobster Chowder to die for!

BUTCHER’S FILET - shallot confit, bone marrow bordelaise, crispy torpedo onion, marjoram

ORGANIC FRIED CHICKEN - buttermilk brine, roasted garlic, crisp woody herbs, lemon

GRILLED NATURAL CHICKEN BREAST - shaved vegetable panzanella, ricotta salata, mint
